Mpower is an internal portal used by the Client field force and internal Department. The Application was developed to get rid of number of independent applications running within the system and high continuance cost.

Challenge:
Massive Departmental sections using third party tools to do their day to day work. M2 project was to eliminate the use of third party tools and bring all the Department into one Central CMS application.Deliverables Includes:
Participate in JAD sessions, focus groups Create wireframe, User Stories, Write test cases, collect field research data, sitemap, coordinate with the Collective research and feedback from the end users, wireframes, task analysis, high-fidelity Photoshop mockups, find Gap and fit, Measuring both performance and preference metrics. Follow Corporate Design guide, UI and style specifications, and Test scenarios for different modules and create test cases for the tester group and prepare Design Documents for the developers.
Result:
Simplified the M2 application keeping User centrict behaviour in mind and reduced the time to complete a give task by 80%.
