Summary:

TIC old intranet CMS system was build in php platform, which didn’t give the company to share with the Cooperators Group of companies and was not stable to handle multiple user interaction with the contents.

Challenge:

Cleaning over 300000 articles and downloadable in database; Migration of data (with massive data transformation and clean-up) from 3 different database sources and at the same time keep the old system active without lossing the accessiblity issues.

Deliverables Includes:

Gather feedbacks from the staff and content administrator, create Design documents, wireframes, high-fidelity Photoshop mockups, follow Corporate Design guide, UI and style specifications, Test different modules and phase release, Train content administrators. A-B testing, Measuring both performance and preference metrics
