OVERVIEW

Old white label sites for Agents and Brokers were not generating the required number of leads due to the agile system Architecture and lack of user experience which failed to accomplish user confidence to make a purchase.

POINT OF SALES APP

Quick TIC was developed to make the sell process fast for TIC's Agents and Brokers, without having to go thru different old POS systems and keep their Client information avaliable and generate intuitive reporting system.

DESIGN EXERCISES 

Lots of whiteboarding, low-fidelity  wireframes, and discussion on the design with the solution architects, BAs and SMEs on how to improve the user experience without scarifying the requirements and client experiences, keeping the project on track.

At every design phase, I coordinate with the developers making sure the design meets the technology challenges. 

USABILITY TESTING

To validate the design before it goes to sign off and development. I used to validate the artifacts with the actual user either by a full pledge Usability testing or Gorilla testing. I was lucky to go travel to different banking centers and conduct 1-1 or a group usability testing.

Analyze A-B testing.

Plan solutions for tactical or strategic releases according to technology or time constraint.

​

Present the Usability test results report to the Stakeholders and project team.

SELL INSURANCE - API UI
For Airline travelers

Another Interesting project on implementing UI within partner's applications. In this case selling Travel insurance in an airline online booking portal.  

DESIGN EXERCISES 

Before putting the design together, I did a lot of research around finding how other insurance companies are selling their product on the airline websites and how I can bring a better experience than the competitors.

Created an analytical reports for the stakeholders and product owners to show how others are doing and what will make us stand up from others.

​
