As part of my projects, I have performed several Client Research, Usability testing, Developed product mockups, and prototypes, Storyboards, Empathy maps, Customer journey maps, Wireframes, Signoff from SMEs, and also lead a team as a key member of the UX department.

I have contributed to several interface designs for diversified product categories like Mobile-first, ERP Packages, IPTV, Billing and Payment, Mortgage, Games, Logistic Planner, Banking POS, and Mutual Funds for reputed and established companies and startups.

Since I can't share all my projects online due to NDA or Client's confidentiality and I like to keep some excitement when we have a 1-1 meeting.

CIBC Bank, One of the 5 large banks in Canada. In my last 7 years at CIBC Bank, I worked on several projects from Point Of Sales application to the Digitalization of Product and Services.
